こんにちは！「宿カフェ Chelsea’s Rainbow」オーナーのチェルシーです。
2016年11月13日にこの大好きな鴫野の街に小さなお店を開いてから、早いものでもうすぐ10年が経とうとしています。途中で訪れたコロナ禍という大きな試練。それを乗り越え、今日まで歩んでこられたのは、他でもないご近所の皆さまがいつも変わらぬ温かさで支え、お店に足を運び続けてくださったおかげです。本当に、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
私たちのカフェスペースには、ちょっと面白い自慢の日常があります。 それは、海外や日本各地から旅してきたゲストハウスの宿泊客さまと、鴫野の愛すべきローカルなお客様が、同じ空間でごく自然に「こんにちは！」と出会い、言葉を交わしていること。旅の風と地元の温かさが混ざり合う、ここでしか味わえないオリジナルで特別な空気感が、私はたまらなく愛おしいのです。
私自身、海外での経験や、何よりも「音楽」が大好きというカルチャーを大切にしています。だからこそ、この場所でも国境や世代の垣根を超えて心が躍る仕掛けをたくさん散りばめてきました。アコースティックの生演奏イベントや、心に響くアコーディオンライブ、そして日常をちょっと非日常に変えるカフェレイブまで。音と笑顔がある場所には、いつも新しい出会いが生まれます。
これからも、この場所を訪れるすべての人に「楽しい！」を感じてもらえるイベントやメニューをたくさん詰め込んでいきたいと思っています。
世界中からのお客さまも、いつものお顔も。みんなでテーブルを囲んで、笑って、音楽に身を委ねる――そんな最高の時間を、これからも皆さまと一緒に作っていけたら幸せです。

Hello! I’m Chelsea, the owner of “Yado Cafe Chelsea’s Rainbow.”
Since we first opened our doors in this wonderful neighborhood of Shigino on November 13, 2016, nearly ten years have flown by. Along the way, we faced the major challenge of the pandemic. The only reason we were able to overcome it and keep going until today is because of our local neighbors. Your unchanging warmth and continuous support kept us alive. I am truly filled with deep gratitude.
Our cafe space has an unique daily routine that I am incredibly proud of. Here, international travelers and guests from all over Japan stay at our guesthouse, sitting right alongside our beloved local customers from Shigino, naturally greeting each other with a warm “Hello!” It’s a very special, one-of-a-kind atmosphere where the spirit of travel blends seamlessly with local warmth.
Bringing in my own international background and my profound love for music, I wanted to create a place where hearts could connect beyond borders and generations. That is why we host all kinds of exciting events—from live acoustic performances and soulful accordion sessions to energetic cafe raves that turn the ordinary into something extraordinary. Where there is music and laughter, new connections always flourish.
Moving forward, I want to keep filling this space with joyful events and delicious updates so that everyone who visits can feel the pure excitement.
Whether you are traveling from across the globe or walking in from just around the corner, my dream is to keep sharing these wonderful moments with you—gathering around the tables, laughing, and getting lost in the music.
