こんにちは！宿カフェ Chelsea’s Rainbow（チェルシーズ レインボウ）の店主・チェルシーです。

この度、当店のホームページをリニューアルいたしました！ コロナ禍という長いトンネルを抜け、昨年の関西万博では世界中からのお客様をお迎えしました。大きな変化の波を経て、改めて「私たちが大切にしたいことは何か？」を見つめ直し、今の想いを込めたサイトにアップデートしています。

変わらないもの、そして新しい一歩

コロナ禍で人と会えない時期を経験し、万博で再び笑顔が交差する光景を見たとき、心の底から思いました。 「やっぱり、人が集まる場所が好きだ！」と。

私たちの原点は、ここ鴫野（しぎの）という下町で、旅人と地元の人が「ただいま」「おかえり」と言い合えるような、温かな場所を作ること。効率や便利さも大切ですが、この宿でしか味わえない「温度のある交流」をこれからも一番に大切にしていきたいと思っています。

ガイドブックには載っていない「リアルな大阪」を

Chelsea’s Rainbowがある城東区・鴫野エリアは、有名な観光地ではありません。でも、そこが一番の魅力です。

大阪城からほんのひと足のばすだけで、そこには昔と今が混在するノスタルジックな街並み、湯気が立ち上る銭湯、そしておせっかいなほど温かい近所の人たちが暮らす「日常の大阪」が広がっています。 万博を経て、交通アクセスもさらに便利になりました。新大阪駅から直通で約13分。主要な観光地への拠点にしながらも、夜は静かな畳の部屋で足を伸ばし、近所の銭湯で一日の疲れを癒す。

そんな「暮らすように旅する」贅沢を、ぜひ体験してほしいのです。

A Place for “I’m Home” and “Welcome Back” – Our Website Has Been Renewed!

Hello everyone! I’m Chelsea, the owner of Yadocafe Chelsea’s Rainbow. We are thrilled to announce the renewal of our official website! After navigating the challenges of the pandemic and welcoming guests from all over the world during Expo 2025, we took a moment to reflect on what truly matters to us. This update reflects our renewed vision and commitment to our guests.

What Stays the Same, and Our New Journey

Experiencing a time when we couldn’t meet people, followed by the vibrant smiles at the Expo, made me realize one thing from the bottom of my heart: “I truly love places where people gather!”

Our mission has always been to create a warm space in this downtown neighborhood of Shigino, where travelers and locals can exchange heartfelt “I’m home” and “Welcome back” greetings. While efficiency is important, we prioritize the “warmth of human connection” that you can only find here.

Experience the “Real Osaka” Not Found in Guidebooks

Shigino, where our guesthouse is located, isn’t a famous tourist spot—and that’s exactly why it’s special.

Just a short trip from Osaka Castle, you’ll find the “everyday Osaka”: A townscape with a nostalgic blend of the old and the new, steaming public baths (sento), and friendly neighbors. Following the Expo, access has become even more convenient—only about 13 minutes direct from Shin-Osaka Station. You can use us as a base for sightseeing, then return to a quiet tatami room and soak away your fatigue at a local sento.

We want you to experience the luxury of “traveling as if you live here.”
